What if I have 500mg in tablet form

    • MoringaDirect says:

Since we do not sell tablets, I cannot really provide any information on that. However, If you have a 500mg tablet of quality Moringa I don’t see any difference between tablet and capsule other than personal preference. 500mg is 500mg I would guess that dosage is the same. Please note: I am not a doctor and do not give medical advice. Always consult with your doctor or a professional dietitian or nutritionist if possible.

What is the doage for diabetic patient.

        • MoringaDirect says:

Hello, I am not a doctor and really do not give medical advice. What I can tell you is what is documented and Moringa will deal with many of the issues caused by diabetes but everyone is different. I recommend following the basic dosage and consulting with your health care professional, doctor, dietitian or nutritionist to develop your own personal plan. Thanks for the question and please check out some of the research documents we have available on the site. Good luck!

  • Mpho mothoa says:

I bought a combo today so I want to ask, does combo have only pack of 7 capsules or do they give two pack of 7cupsules per combo

    • MoringaDirect says:

I am confused by the question. The combo pack depending on which one you bought. Will come with one seed powder capsules and one leaf powder capsules. The capsules come in 120 caps, 300 caps or 1000 caps depending on the level of combo you bought; bronze, silver, gold.

We are so fortunate that we find the trees in the wild or on side walks all over Mombasa Kenya.

  • R.Patrick says:

I live in Southeastern, California and I’ve been growing Moringa trees for 6 years, it’s a sure way to stay out of the doctors office.

A friend was treated for thyroid cancer and survived, but had serious issues therafter with being tired, lack of energy necessary for his job, fig of the brain, etc. I put him on the powder and in a few days he was feeling better, a month later he was rock and roll baby! Good stuff! I use it everyday and I feel very good at 57.

    • MoringaDirect says:

Moringa is a miracle plant for sure! I think soon I will begin selling seeds for planting and saplings. Alot of people have expressed an interest in growing their own plant!

  • Naum says:

I’m type 2 diabetic. Can moringa powder help with reducing blood glucose levels?

    • MoringaDirect says:

Moringa has been commonly reported by many to help with diabetes. HOWEVER. I must emphasize, I am not a doctor or health professional. I strongly recommend that you consult with your health care professional; doctor, dietitian, nutritionist, etc. Moringa is a wonderful plant that is a nutritional supplement packed with vitamins, amino acids and more. While Moringa is arguably the most nutrient dense plant on the planet I would not make any claims like it is an overnight cure all. Please consult your health care professional.

Is Maringa oil and Maringa extract considered the same thing. I’ve been using the oil as a topical for my skin but it is food safe and just trying to figure out the dosage to try.
    Thank you.

    • MoringaDirect says:

I apologize for missing this. I have been under attack by Spammers… the one thing that Moringa can’t cure 😉
In any event, yes our Moringa Oil is food grade, Kosher, non-GMO, Organic, etc.
In terms of using it for food you can actually cook with it like you would use any oil, although at high heats you will lose most of the nutritional value… the best way in my experience is to use it like a salad dressing, or add it to rice or vegetables after cooking with other seasonings. If you have some Moringa oil from us, try a little bit in a teaspoon.
As always Moringa oil is GREAT for skin and hair as well!!!
      Hope that helps!
      Have a great day!!

    • MoringaDirect says:

And no Moringa oil and extract are differect… the extract is a liquid herbal extract… think something like 5 hour energy drink in the small vials. It is brown liquid, slightly thicker than water and again our products alcohol free, kosher, non-gmo, organic, etc.

  • Anne says:

    I want to grow moringa.
    I live in South Africa.

    • MoringaDirect says:

I am sure Moringa will do very well there. If you like you can email me and I can set you up with a purchase of seeds, depending on what you need and how much land you have, how much moringa you are trying to grow. I can make special arrangement to send to SA if you pay via Paypal. Contact me if interested.

  • Lesley says:

Could you grow a moringa tree in the uk

    • MoringaDirect says:

Hello, I am pretty sure you can and that someone already is… Certainly indoors or a greenhouse, outdoors might be difficult depending on your area/climate. Plenty of people grow indoors and if you like we can arrange for a purchase of seeds to get you started! Cheers!

    • Khan says:

Yes you can, indoor with Light

  • Jesa says:

Can you possibly tell me if moringa is a disaccharide? I have upper gut issues and can’t digest them. Not something the interwebs seems able to tell me. Thanks

    • MoringaDirect says:

To be quite honest I really have no idea… I would suggest consulting with a Nutritionist or Dietitian or some other Health Care Professional. That is the first time I have been asked and absolutely have no idea. Sorry.
      THANKS

  • Colin says:

How long can the morning a powder be stored for. Can the powder be stored for many years or does it lose its healing abilities after a certain amount of time? I have an unopened packet that says use by Dec 2017. Is it still safe to use?
