Moringa Fruit Smoothie

Please note: Add, delete or substitute ingredients to your own taste.
* Many of these use yogurt when making smoothies but perhaps you have a non-dairy diet.
* Feel free to use applesauce as an addition or substitute
* Almond Milk can be substituted with Rice Milk, Quinoa Milk, Cashew Milk, Hemp Milk, Coconut Milk, Flax Milk, Oat Milk

In a blender or preferably a Ninja machine mix:
Moringa Direct recommends to your taste;

1. Banana Blast Smoothie
2 bananas, 1/2 cup each yogurt and almond milk, a pinch of cinnamon and 1 cup ice
Add: 1 Tablespoon your choice Moringa Leaf Powder | Moringa Seed Powder | Moringa Roots Powder
Add: 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Honey or more to taste

2. Banana-Strawberry Blast Smoothie
1 banana, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup each yogurt and almond milk, 2 teaspoons honey, a pinch of cinnamon and 1 cup ice.
Add: 1 Tablespoon your choice Moringa Leaf Powder | Moringa Seed Powder | Moringa Roots Powder
Add: 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Honey or more to taste

3. Triple-Berry Blast Smoothie
1 1/2 cups mixed blueberries, strawberries and raspberries with 1 cup each almond milk and ice.
Add: 1 Tablespoon your choice Moringa Leaf Powder | Moringa Seed Powder | Moringa Roots Powder
Add: 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Honey or more to taste

4. Orange-Rasberry Blast Smoothie
1 cup each orange juice and raspberries, 1/2 cup yogurt, and 1 cup ice.
Add: 1 Tablespoon your choice Moringa Leaf Powder | Moringa Seed Powder | Moringa Roots Powder
Add: 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Honey or more to taste

5. Peach-Mango-Banana Blast Smoothie
1 cup each chopped fresh or frozen peaches and mango, 1 cup each yogurt and ice, and 1/2 banana.
Add: 1 Tablespoon your choice Moringa Leaf Powder | Moringa Seed Powder | Moringa Roots Powder
Add: 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Honey or more to taste

6. Honeydew-Almond Blast Smoothie
2 cups chopped honeydew melon, 1 cup each almond milk and ice.
Add: 1 Tablespoon your choice Moringa Leaf Powder | Moringa Seed Powder | Moringa Roots Powder
Add: 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Honey or more to taste

7. Cantaloupe Blast Smoothie
2 cups chopped cantaloupe, the juice of 1/2 lime, 1/2 cup water, and 1 cup ice.
Add: 1 Tablespoon your choice Moringa Leaf Powder | Moringa Seed Powder | Moringa Roots Powder
Add: 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Honey or more to taste

8. Carrot-Apple Blast Smoothie
1 cup each carrot juice and apple juice with 1 1/2 cups ice.
Add: 1 Tablespoon your choice Moringa Leaf Powder | Moringa Seed Powder | Moringa Roots Powder
Add: 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Honey or more to taste

9. Pomegranate-Berry Blast Smoothie
1 cup blueberries, 3/4 cup each beet juice and pomegranate juice and 1 cup ice.
Add: 1 Tablespoon your choice Moringa Leaf Powder | Moringa Seed Powder | Moringa Roots Powder
Add: 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Honey or more to taste

10. Pineapple-Mango Blast Smoothie
1 cup each chopped pineapple and mango, 1 cup coconut water, a dash of ground allspice and 1 cup ice. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.

Add: 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Honey or more to taste

11. Apple-Ginger Blast Smoothie
1 chopped peeled apple, a 1/2-inch piece peeled ginger, the juice of 2 limes, 1 cup water and 2 cups ice.
* Add: 1/4 cup of Moringa Honey or more to taste
