Moringa Green Smoothie
Please note: Add, delete or substitute ingredients to your own taste.
* Many of these use yogurt when making smoothies but perhaps you have a non-dairy diet.
* Feel free to use applesauce as an addition or substitute
* Almond Milk can be substituted with Rice Milk, Quinoa Milk, Cashew Milk, Hemp Milk, Coconut Milk, Flax Milk, Oat Milk
In a blender or preferably a Ninja machine mix:
Moringa Direct recommends to your taste;
1. Spa Cucumber Peel Blast Smoothie
Seed and chop 2 medium cucumbers. Blend with the juice of 1 lime, 1/2 cup water and 1 cup ice.
Add: 1 Tablespoon your choice Moringa Leaf Powder | Moringa Seed Powder | Moringa Roots Powder
Add: 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Honey or more to taste
2. Cucumber-Kale Blast Smoothie
Blend 1 1/4 cups vegetable juice, 1/2 peeled cucumber, 3 kale leaves and the juice of 1/2 lemon.
Add: 1 Tablespoon your choice Moringa Leaf Powder | Moringa Seed Powder | Moringa Roots Powder
Add: 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Honey or more to taste
3. Apple-Spinach Blast Smoothie
2 cups spinach, 1 chopped peeled apple, 1/4 cup each almond milk and orange juice, 1 tablespoon each wheat germ and lemon juice, and 1 cup ice.
Add: 1 Tablespoon your choice Moringa Leaf Powder | Moringa Seed Powder | Moringa Roots Powder
Add: 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Honey or more to taste
4. Veggie Blast Smoothie
1 1/4 cups tomato juice, 1/4 cup carrot juice, 1/2 peeled cucumber, 1/2 celery stalk, 1/4 cup each parsley and spinach, and 1/2 cup ice.
Add: 1 Tablespoon your choice Moringa Leaf Powder | Moringa Seed Powder | Moringa Roots Powder
Add: 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Honey or more to taste
5. Mint-Jalapeno Blast Smoothie
1/3 cup fresh mint, 1 seeded jalapeno pepper, a pinch of salt and 2 cups each plain yogurt and ice. Top with toasted cumin seeds and cilantro.

Add: 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Honey or more to taste
6. Spring Detox Blast Smoothie
1 cup green tea, chilled, 1 cup loosely packed cilantro, 1 cup loosely packed organic baby kale (or another baby green), 1 cup cucumber, 1 cup pineapple, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated, 1/2 avocado
Add: 1 Tablespoon your choice Moringa Leaf Powder | Moringa Seed Powder | Moringa Roots Powder
Add: 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Honey or more to taste
